About the Job

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI solutions that directly contribute to the growth of the organization. You will work closely with technical stakeholders such as data engineers and scientist, as well as business stakeholders to help you achieve your mission.

• Own the design, development, and optimization of AI solutions to generate values directly to the business.
• Collaborate with business side, data engineers and stakeholders to understand the business requirements to build the right solution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for your solutions
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, promoting best practices in AI engineering.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI engineering, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Application Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise in SQL
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch
• Familiarity with developing, deploying and maintaining AI based microservices
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure etc)
• Strong data wrangling skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement innovative data solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong system design experience that involves multiple subsystems such as vector databases, cache, etc
• Proficient with MLOps concepts when developing solutions
• Have a domain of expertise in the field of AI (NLP, Image Processing, Generative AI, Deep Leaning)
• Experience running and maintaining a ML service on production
• Proven track record on leading AI solution architecture discussions
