This AI product, developed by ExaWizards, which handles over 350 AI/DX projects annually, is experiencing rapid growth at an exceptional pace within the SaaS industry. Offering the potential to reduce 840 hours of work annually, the product supports over 800 organizations and 83,000 users, including major corporations, local governments, and public institutions.

We have secured patents for migration technologies enabling the flexible use of multiple LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, tsuzumi, etc.). Additionally, features like minutes creation from audio data and image generation have been added, expanding the variety of tasks the product can support. 昇給：年2回（4月・10月）※規定に基づく

Annual Salary: JPY 8.04 million – JPY 12.00 million

Monthly Salary: The annual salary divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

Minimum: JPY 670,000 / month (Base salary: JPY 495,680 + Fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: JPY 174,320)

Maximum: JPY 1,000,000 / month (Base salary: JPY 739,844 + Fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: JPY 260,156)

Additional premium pay will be provided for any overtime work exceeding 45 hours.

Employees have full access to our proprietary AI products, with our in-house service, exaBase Generative AI, at the core. For development, Claude Code is available as a coding agent; it is provided to all engineering staff by default, and to other roles based on their needs. Furthermore, other AI tools can also be utilized upon obtaining internal approval.
